Bodyweight Squat

How to do it
- Stand feet shoulder-width, toes turned out a few degrees, arms forward as a counterbalance.
- Push the hips back and bend the knees, keeping the chest tall and the heels flat.
- Descend until the thighs are at least parallel, or as far as you can hold that position.
- Drive through the whole foot to stand. This is the entry point for every squat in the library — add a dumbbell in front of the chest and it becomes a goblet squat.
