What it costs, and what it never costs

One line on the invoice, whatever your roster does this month.

  • £29 a month, flat

One fee for coaching. It does not move when you sign a new client, so there is no per-client cost to work out and none to pass on.

  • Take on as many clients as you like

No cap, no seats to buy, no bigger tier waiting to catch you at client thirty. Ten clients and a hundred clients are the same £29.

  • Your clients pay nothing

Everyone you coach gets the whole Individual Pro feature set free — programmes, progress charts, goals, check-ins, sync — for as long as you work together.

    • No subscription for them to buy
    • No card for them to enter
    • Nothing for you to resell, chase or explain
  • A client already paying is not charged twice

If they were on Pro before you linked up, their billing pauses for the time you work together rather than running alongside a feature set they now get free.

  • Your own training comes with you

Coaching is added to the account you already train on. Your plans, logged sessions and personal bests stay exactly where they are, and you carry on training as before.

  • Stop, and nothing is lost

Downgrade and the coaching screens lock. Every record behind them is untouched, and unlocks again the day you come back.

The roster, and the number that matters

Adherence is a real ratio out of a real total, because you make decisions about a real person from it.

  • Adherence over 28 days

The plans you assigned in the last four weeks, against the ones they actually trained. A rolling window, so a good March cannot carry a quiet May.

  • The figure is always written out

Green above 80 per cent, gold from 50 to 79, red below. The colour backs up the number rather than replacing it, so the roster reads the same to a colourblind eye.

  • You can tell “not started” from “not training”

A client you have not sent anything to shows a dash, not nought per cent. One of those is a conversation about their week; the other is a conversation about yours.

  • Who needs you this week

Clients surface for attention when they need a nudge or when they need more work.

    • No session logged for seven days or more
    • Every plan you assigned already finished
    • Brand new clients, who have nothing logged yet

One client, in full

Open a name on the roster and you get everything they train and everything they choose to share.

  • The numbers, in one place

Adherence over the same 28 days, the sessions behind it, and the personal bests they have hit since you started working together.

  • Their strength, charted

An estimated one-rep max drawn exactly as their own screen draws it, so a 100 kg single reads the same number to both of you.

  • What you sent, and what came back

The plans you assigned next to the sets they actually logged — the reps they really did, not the ones you targeted.

  • Check-ins, on their terms

Weight, measurements and notes come to you. Photos come only when the client shares that particular check-in, and where they have not, the screen says so rather than leaving a blank that looks like a client who took none.

Sending work out

A plan you send becomes their copy, and stays yours.

  • It copies, it does not share

The plan lands in their account as theirs. They can tidy their own Tuesday without rewriting it for the rest of the roster, and your original is untouched.

  • One client, a group, or everyone

Pick who it goes to and send once. If anything fails to land, you are told who missed out rather than being told it all worked.

  • They know it arrived

Assign a plan and the client is notified, so it does not sit in their app unnoticed for three days.

  • Filing is theirs to do

What you send arrives in their Unsorted, and they file it how they like. You are giving them work, not reorganising their app.

Goals you set for someone else

Progress comes from what they log, so nothing has to be ticked off by either of you.

  • Set a target for any client

From their own screen, or from one table holding every goal across the whole roster.

  • Every goal says who set it

The client sees "set by Dani" rather than a target that arrived from nowhere. A goal they set for themselves carries no line at all.

  • They can push back without deleting

A client cannot delete a goal you set, but they can flag it as no longer relevant with a reason. It stays active, moves to the top of your table, and the flag can be withdrawn.

  • It runs both ways

You cannot rewrite or remove a goal a client set for themselves. Their training is still theirs.

  • Sorted by what is about to slip

Target date order, with anything flagged sitting above it. Goals with no deadline go last — they cannot be about to slip.

  • Progress is worked out, never typed in

It moves whenever they log a session or a check-in. A coach-set goal starts without a starting figure on purpose: a guess at what a client lifts today would distort every percentage after it.

Talking to clients

One thread per client, and both ends of it work.

  • A conversation, not a broadcast

One thread per client, ordered by whoever spoke most recently. A client with a question can start it — they are not left with a composer that goes nowhere.

  • Unread counts you can trust

Per thread and in total, clearing as you open each one. A roster of thirty opens as fast as a roster of three.

  • A sent message is a record

Messages cannot be rewritten after sending, so what you agreed on Monday still says that on Friday. Read receipts show on your own messages.

  • They hear about it

A new message notifies the other person, so a question does not sit unanswered until somebody happens to open the app.

1:1s in the diary

You publish when you are bookable, and clients take it from there.

  • Set your week once

A weekly grid of the slots you are available in, with overrides for the exceptions — a day off, one slot closed this week, an extra slot added.

  • Clients book, you accept or decline

A slot is held the moment somebody asks for it, so two clients are never sent to the same time and one of them turned away.

  • A cancellation window that protects you

Twenty-four hours by default, and yours to change. Inside it a client cannot cancel in the app, and the screen tells them why rather than greying out a button — and you are never locked out of your own diary.

  • Rescheduling keeps the history

A moved session stays linked to the one it replaced, so a client who reschedules three times is a pattern you can see.

  • Reminders, both ways

A day before and an hour before, to you and to them. Nobody has to set an alarm for something the app already knows about.

Taking a client on, and letting one go

One way in, one way out, and their data never moves.

  • Add a client by email address

If they already train here it is waiting in their app. If they do not, the invite waits until they sign up and finds them then.

  • They keep everything

Linking adds you to an account rather than replacing it. Their existing plans, logged sessions and check-ins stay theirs and stay intact.

  • One coach at a time

A client works with one coach here, so there is never a question about who is programming for them.

  • Nobody is penalised for a quiet month

An injured, deloading or travelling client is never downgraded, and never because you have not pushed a plan. A quiet roster is a prompt on your screen, and has no effect on the bill at all.

  • Unlinking takes nothing away

They drop to the free tier with every record intact, and keep a reduced Individual Pro rate of £2.99 a month for having been coached here.

Before you start

Common questions

£29 a month. The same as three clients and the same as six hundred — coaching is a flat fee with no per-client charge and no cap on how many people you work with. There is nothing to recalculate when you sign somebody new.

Be first when coaching opens

Coach accounts are not open for sign-up yet. Tell us about your roster and we will let you know the moment they are — your own training comes with you, your clients keep everything they have logged, and nothing about it is a migration.
